My Ben Franklin virtue "Avoid extreams; forbear resenting injuries so much as you think they deserve.," has accomplished it's full meaning in my perspective to me. Bottom line being, doing more than whats necessary can have harmful effects. Unnecessary actions may have consequences, leading to more and more drama. One should avoid these situations. One would surprisingly find themselves in a calm nature avoiding extreams.
It can really really really hurt someone. Whether it be physically, mentally, or emotionally. Feelings, being disguised 100% of the time, can be unknown to the public, including you. So avoid the inessential, and only do what is needed. It's understandable that one may say that sometimes doing more than what is asked is good. I totally agree, doing more extra sometimes is good. HOWEVER, I'm strictly talking about doing extra in activities that will launch into consequences. Which is what people seem to get themselves into "now-a-days."
